0-4 on my picks this weekend...

that's why I quit betting on sports a long time ago!

Even though NO and Minn looked horrible finishing the season, I didn't take into account that the bye week was probably the perfect remedy....conversely SD was playing so well, it probably hurt them having to sit out a week.

I have no idea what will happen next week, I'm just hoping for a pair of good games....8 games, 6 blowouts - hasn't been fun, since I don't have a horse in the race.

    Yeah it appears that whole momentum thing and not resting your team didn't work out so well for the Cowboys and Chargers. I think we can now safely just say that the team that plays the best and has less turnovers will most likely win and leave the rest of this crap to the pundits.

    There's no question that having a bye week at this time of the season is helpful to a team....especially to an older player like Favre - he looked quite "fresh" out there today.
