<< <i>Hi, You have to list everything in your description!!!!!!! I know these cards are graded and can no longer be damaged. That's fine, but the scratch on the case is more than half the size of the card!!!(I would not mind if it was on the back). I, like many other people like to display these. I decided not to return this, because its only a $4.00 transaction. It is not worth it to me to spend money to send it back. I RESPECT YOUR 100% FEEDBACK, I HAVE THE SAME. So give me a good reason why I should not leave you negative feedback. I hope you see my side of this. >>

YES, this was a $4 transaction.

  • Maybe we should start sending PSA graded cards back to PSA to have the holders graded too! Mint 9 card in a Ex-MT 6 holder.
I'm going to buy one of his stupid magnets and hold him hostage until he leaves you positive feedback. And you can tell him that.
  • ooops, wrong forum. image
  • The buyer sounds understanding, not sure why the dollar amount should matter. Someone that buys a $4 item now, coukd buy a $100 item later.

    it's the Reholdering Conspiracy.

don't think for a second that PSA doesn't already know that the world will eventually run out of gradable cards, and will need a backup plan for all the extra acrylic.....scuff away, minions.
  • Bringing up negative feedback in a first communication is always a big mistake. I consider what he is doing a weak threat. I only bring up a neg as a very last resort.

I'm sure storm will help you out,but I thought you
could not do the neg. extortion,or just give him back the 4 bucks
    not worth the neg.

Maybe you could just apologize and see if there is anything you could do to fix it?
  • I didn't respond to his email because I read it after a night out with the old lady. I refunded his money before I even posted this thread.

I also describe the case in my listing of BGS and PSA graded cards...I basically always say the case has faint scratches even if I can't see a single scratch. It's covered my arse thus far.

    Edited to add:

I've heard of scamming buyers doing the same thing because a magnetic one touch the card was sent in had scratches. Even more lame. A weak arguement can be made for wanting graded slabs to be clean, as grading and reslabbing is a chore most collectors resent. But a one touch being scratched for a $200 card...give me a break.

EBAY is moving toward a new scheme:

Sellers will pay the filthy-SCUM buyers that have taken over the site,
to "buy" items and to NOT leave NEGs.

Sellers will lose money on every transaction, SCUM will get their
merch FREE, and the RICO-gang will collect fees.

    ...................

Readers wishing to retaliate against such SCUM should NOT post
their intentions here; just do it.

    ...........

Sellers should STOP selling low-priced merch on EBAY. (Bundle the
carp into $20+ lots, OR sell it at live shows, OR on ecrater.)

    ............

The instant buyer has never left a NEG before.

Just more subhuman-garbage fishing for FREE merch.

    ............................................

An item is not Significantly Not as Described if it is materially similar to the seller’s item listing description. Here are some examples:

The defect in the item was correctly described by the seller.

The item was properly described but you didn't want it after you received it.

The item was properly described but did not meet your expectations.

The item has minor scratches and was listed as used condition.

The buyer sounds like a total db- regardless of how little the transaction was or what he might buy in the future. Threatening a seller is no way to make friends in a community where so many people communicate on a daily basis.

I would bite the bullet, take the neg and go tell him which body cavity he can shove the card deep up into.
IT IS ALWAYS CHEAPER TO NOT SELL ON EBAY
