    commercial uncs are in the 40-45 range. MS64 AND HIGHER 75 AND UP

    Wow!Those photos are washouts, and I can not begin to tell if there are hairlines, etc. Def. dipped/cleaned. Got to see 'em in hand to tell what they are but agree with the values posted above.
