1985 China Mint Medal: National Palace Museum - INFO?

Ive recently been offered this coin from a lady who assembled a large collection of chinese and foriegn coins in the late 80's and early 90's. I can find no reference or info relating to this medal and Ive exhausted my sources. If you have seen one of these, could you please point me in the right direction as to some specifics regarding the coin, and why its not noted anywhere. Any info is appreciated, Thanks.
