Do these Psa slabs look like they've been tampered with?

I picked up these four A-rod's on ebay last week. They all came from the same seller, and I got them for pretty cheap. I just have funny feeling that somebody has messed with the slabs. The two things that bother me the most are...

1) The second card from the top has some kind of brown stuff on the edges of the slab.

2) On the last card, the Collectors Universe hologram is not on the inside of the slab, it is stuck on the outside of the slab. I can just peel the hologram right off if I wanted to.

I just wanted to get some of your opinions before I contact the seller, or call him out.

The sellers feedback score is (3910) with 100% positive feedback.

Card #2 the brown stuff may be some type of residue from a sticker or tape?
On card #3 are all those marks on the card, or the holder?
also card #1 the font and labels look different then the others.

On card #3, all of those marks are on the slab.

For a time the Holos were on the outside of the slab, so I would not use that to determine tampering. In reality the cards look correct for the grade so I wouldn't worry too much about lower grade examples being swapped into the holders.
