Ottoman Turkey Cu-Ni 10 para, from the early 20th century. It's a pretty common coin in that condition, even without the mount.

Ottoman Turkish 10 para of Muhammad V, 1327+7 or 8 = 1915/16, CuNi. Barely worth the junk box in that condition. But considering the date and that someone bothered to attach a loop, you could make a plausible story about someone having worn it in battle or something
