Home PCGS Set Registry Forum

I have noticed, people are becoming restless with PCGS

For their decisions in the registry sets and for their delayed responces to E-mails.

I think we should sit back regroup and think about out complaints before we talk bad about anyone. As my Boss likes to say, "Make sure our own back yard is clean before we complain about others back yards".

Here is how I look at it. PCGS is currently updating their registry program for "US", basicly per our request. I am sure there are added benifits in it for them, such as more slabs being purchased, but you must take into consideration they are making changes that we request. Now this task is not an easy one. They have taken on a large load of work and are being VERY accomidating to our requests, something of which they need not do as we fork over no additional money for the registry service.

My opinion is to be patient with them and try to be a bit compationate with their workload and their tinacity with the job at hand.

Believe me, in the end, the registry set will be for the people by the people and we will all (Well 99% of us) like the end result. So be patient and be part of the solution not part of the problem.

With that said and done, comense with the thrashing to my thread.

If PCGS was listening fully I do not think they would have come up with the first draft they did for the revamped 20th century and 1959 to present sets.

Mr. P, I think you are right. Change is always difficult be it good or bad. I think when the smoke clears the majority will be well served.

    3. They just have found out that pcgs listens, and have inundated them with requests. Do you think the flood of requests will be ignored? Yes, until they can be put together in a proper form.
PS. All this polling stuff is BS, not to you, of course, but to them.
