Scoreboard had just about everyone under contract in the old days, I believe - back when they sold Mantle for around 45 or 50 bucks - in fact, they distributed thru the Penny's catalog back in the late 80s/early 90s.
The problem is that anyone can take that sheet of paper and attach it to anything.
I think UD was one of the pioneers of the hologram sticker and matching cert numbers?
