I was watching the testimony. He mentioned metals in passing, the main discussion centered on oil, and then commodities in general. If he's serious, I will be quite surprised although I would applaud it.

March? It seems like this topic has already lingered on for a year or so. By the time something actually comes about and has some teeth, it will be 2011 or later and JPM will be the proverbial horse long gone from the barn.
