Time it Takes for Submissions to Be Applied

in PCGS Set Registry Forum
So I can go to my Submission pages in PCGS and see my order and all the coins have their own Cert # and grade. The coins have yet to be shipped. But when I select the Cert # I go to a blank page. When I try to add those coins to my set, comes up with coin # bad error.

Anyone know how long it should take before I can add these coins?
