    Yes, at least those that required to have 2009 cents.

    I got it.
    Every set had the 2009s added so every set has a new overall rating.

    Yeah the same thing just happened with all of the 2009 Kennedy half Registry Sets. I would assume all of the modern sets would have their ratings updated if they require 2009 coins.image
