I have a question...help...

An eBay'r just sent me a message saying his order of 10 PSA graded cards has not arrived (paid on 16th and I shipped on 21st). He lives in Ontario, so there is a possibility that the order has not arrived yet. In case I am being scammed (and I don't think I am yet) is there a way to report PSA cert numbers as lost/stolen? This way when someone tries to add a "lost" card to their inventory it would be flagged and an email sent? Of course you can just keep the cert numbers in your inventory and wait for the email to eventually come. I'm just curious if PSA has anything like this and/or if anybody has had to deal with anything like this before.

As long as you used USPS EMI, you are safe from an INR scam.
International INR scams are very common. BUT, so is slow-to-arrive mail.
.........
The registry and your own records are really the only checks on cert #s.
I usually have to wait this amount of time or more for my items from the US. It's not at all uncommon.
