1950 F German 10 Pfennig with a smaller die?

I was going through my German doubles to get ready and sell them when I noticed a 1950-F 10 Pfennig that had a fatter rim. The coin is the same diameter as all the rest. The die seems to be close to a full mm smaller than all others. In trying to find other differences between this and the rest, I noticed that the leaves on the wreath are also "fatter". I have 17 1950-F 10 Pfennig doubles...11 are normal, 5 have "fat leaves", and 1 has the "fat leaves" and the smaller die. Any ideas?
