Question about Topps Gold, Tiffany or standard Topps

Hi everyone, I'm new to to registering baseball cards for the PSA Registry and was wondering about registering a Gold or Tiffany instead of a standard Topps card? Does the PSA registry recognize them or does the card have to be noted as a Topps Gold or Tiffany?

If they labeled it properly it will be recognized from the cert # as a Gold or Tiffany. It won't be allowed in the regular card's spot.

Thanks Nick, I have seen some modern rookie cards lately that are Gold or Tiffany and are priced right, but I didn't want to waste the money if they won't go in the basic registry.
