Is he the best QB ever? I'd have to say he is most certainly a very viable candidate. Is he better than Montana? Marino? Unitas?

That being said, he's the recipient of rule changes that make passing easier than its ever been. From penalizing defenders for questionable hits on the QB and WRs, from removing hand-check rules, from no contact past 5 yards, the game today is wildly different than it was even 10 years ago. Greatest QB ever? That's hard to say. He'll be the holder of every QB record by the time he's done (again, as long as he dodges injury), but how do you define greatest? Elway and Montana are definitely in the mix, and Marino would be too if the Dolphins had ever put a decent running game together for him.
