posting guidelines in US Coin Forum

I post here only because I do not frequent the US Coin Forum daily, as in the past. I know there is a lot of respect amongst many here that share different opinions and we can and do jab a few times, but it's more of an understanding or trying to understand another's viewpoint on subject of PM and economic factors.

Just a heads up...I think this PM forum is here by the graciousness of PCGS.

one of the mods reads this area rather frequently so i have a feeling if he saw
something he did not care for he would let us know.

it seems the bst and us coin forum get the most drama...

Excuses are tools of the ignorant

Knowledge is the enemy of fear

  • I like how this Board must interweave talk of the Govt. + Central Bank + Wall Street manipulations and conspiracies to even have a lucid and logical conversation about PRECIOUS METALS.

I split my time between the US Coin Forum and Precious Metals. IMO the PM forum is a might bit more relaxed and welcoming. image

I agree fc, but for some reason, he hasn't been around the last couple days so much. I hope we can all either keep in touch, or find someplace that we can.

SM1 is always around, if you see him or not. Like Big Brother... image In fact, I've begun to think he's a cyborg and never sleeps.

  • This forum is an asset to the PM industry. We buy, we sell, we generate free trade. Yes, an occasional thread brings forth honest debate, sometimes with passion but it's all within the realm of PM's. image

I meant the Don Willis warning on the USCF as "the post."

BTW, we just had a Gecko sighting!

I posted a little diddy at the US Coin Forum regarding the division between some classic and modern collectors. It was written tongue in cheek, however, judging by some of the respondents the humor fell flat. I hope those forumites don't actually believe that I'm losing sleep over this. It was just an observation that I wanted to bring into the light of day. Besides it was the "elitists" over there that segregated us to the PM forum. The irony is that the head (read brains) was cut from the body sent to the PM forum and the body stayed at the US Coin forum, jmho. image

This is a really nice board except when talk turns to stocking up on 'guns and ammo' because laid off white collar workers will be taking to the streets looting, pillaging and murdering. Then it gets pretty whacked out.

Need the following OBW rolls to complete my 46-64 Roosevelt roll set:
    1947-P & D; 1948-D; 1949-P & S; 1950-D & S; and 1952-S.
Any help locating any of these OBW rolls would be gratefully appreciated!
