a sent a card in for replacement.. nothin big just a golf jersey card and they gave me a gregmaddux then and now jersey for free!!! sweet... it can 5 min ago via fed ex... i still say there customer support sucks tho

    i`d have to agree it sucks but i did end up with 2 bird-majic combo jersey cards from them cause they messed up both booking at 600, lol so it wasnt all bad
