BGS Grades Popped! Ouch... waiting on PSA

Well my 10 card sub to BGS was a big bummer. 
I asked for the modern cards to be Authenticated if they did not meet a 9 for the min grade:

1956 Topps Mickey Mantle Authentic - Altered
The Durant Time Warner was part of a team sheet passed out during a game I attended his freshman year at UT and is for my PC.
The VY Contenders is a dupe that I already have a 9.5 of. Thought this would pull the same. VY Preview was a moment of eBay boredom.
Benson is for my PC and was a steal that I won on eBay when he was out of the league. It is limited to 25.
Earl & VY Magic is PC and makes this sub worth it all!!! Really stoked about this one. It will be displayed next to my Earl / Ricky dual auto with both in UT uniforms from 1999.
VY Gold Medallion was a GEM grading crack out. Of course GEM had it as a 10!
Peterson was my 2nd sub of this card and an 8.5 crack out. Guess they were at least consistent. I just rather have the blue label vs an 8.5 on modern stuff.
KD Ultra was also a GEM grading crack out. Yes it was a 10. At least it was not altered!
ARod was an eBay buy last month. Nice card. I guess too nice...damn.
Mantle is a funny card. Someone drew a mustache on it and then erased the mustache off of it! I just wanted to get it slabbed and will probably put it on eBay to see if I can get $80 or so like one I saw a few months ago.
I have a similar small group of cards with Pete on the boards at PSA now. Hopefully they will do better
