Broadstruck Quarter Or Misaligned Die?

Found this quarter recently and wasn't sure if it is broadstruck or just a misaligned die. Wondering if anyone can help with telling the difference. Thanks and a Happy New Year to all.

    Slightly mis-aligned die. No premium.

If it lacks reeding and if its diameter is slightly greater than normal, it's a minor broadstrike. If it has reeding and a normal diameter, then it's a minor misaligned die. It looks more likely to be the latter.

Minor MAD. Look at dimes... many exhibit the same.

Many thanks for the information! I think I now know how to tell a broadstrike. This one goes into a parking meter, then.
