RPM or Just Strike Doubling for Roosevelt Dime

erwindocerwindoc Posts: 5,218 ✭✭✭✭✭
Picked this up today at the local B&M. Great looking dime, so I flipped it over to check the bands. Noticed the "S" mintmark has doubling. Is it a RPM or just strike doubling. I took the best pics I could.

I am not seeing split serifs on the mintmark... gonna lean toward strike doubled.

  • From what i can see from the blurry photo it looks like strike doubling

Sorry that they were so blurry. I had a heck of a time with the camera and lighting and that was the best that came out. I was leaning toward strike doubling, just wanted a second opinion.
