Anyone know what's going on with the 2009 Lincoln Penny Presidency (lp4) P's?

I heard that most of the large wholesalers don't have any and right now. The mintage is only 130 million and it is unlikely the Mint will produce more in December, so therefore the mintage is likely to end at 130 million. It looks like they are gonig for $150 a box on ebay with shipping and going up everyday. I'm just wondering if anyone has any knowledge if the Fed is holding the LP4 P's back like they are with the 2009 nickel and dimes? I own some boxes and I'm loooking to obtain more, but I would first like to see if anyone has any idea why these aren't hitting the armor car services or the banks. The D's are plentiful and I picked up a few boxes on ebay for $85 with shipping, but again the P's are hard to get for under $150 with shipping. I'm just wondering if these do come in with a final mintage of 130 milllion and with the log cabins having 292 million, the formatives 376 million, and the Professional Life 316 million would this low mintage be enough to send these 50 roll boxes flying regardless if the Fed holds back or not? Just food for thought and I would appreciate it if anyone else has knowledge of what is going on with the LP 4's that they mention it here. thanks

I don't know where you got 8 million from, but to tell you the truth with the way things are going it seems like only 8 million were produced. Please let me know where you got this number from. thanks
