I paid a small fortune for this R7.
Does anyone have the most recent Fuld or other reference that can tell me how many different WV storecards there are?

That looks very original! I have to say, though, that when I look at the side with the shield and ribbon, I see 2 dog butts sticking out from behind the shield.

Nice token there! According to Rulau, there are 10 different storecards from WV. PM me if you would like to know what they are.

Thanks, I have that reference but know that there are several reverse dies for some of them. For example, I already have an example of the posted storecard, but with a different reverse.
  • I would get in touch with Steph (coinsarefun). Im sure she would be able to help you out with this.

My old copy of Fuld lists 41 die pairings for 3 towns:

Town / Merchant / Number of pairings
    Glen Easton / Bassett's / 6
    Hartford City / Kelly's / 2
    Wheeling / Bassett's / 12
    Wheeling / Eckhart / 5
    Wheeling / Jas. Graves & Co. / 1
    Wheeling / R.C. Graves / 5
    Wheeling / D. Nicoll & Bro. / 2
    Wheeling / J.W.C. Smith / 2
    Wheeling / C.E. Stifel / 6

Odds are that others have been found since 1975. I don't collect CWTs, so I don't know. I'm just reading from the book.
