Another numis. lit. question...Looking for McCloskey manual for classic head half eagles $5

Is it only available in Coinage of the Americas Conference book on Gold Coinage or are some available in the JR Journal?
I checked all the Table of Contents of all my JRJ from my limited collection and could not find any guide to attribution...have been using the Bass site for my date set but, would like to pursue them by die variety and, if I live long enough by die stages.

He hasn't finished and published his research yet.
"John McCloskey mentioned that his pending book on early gold quarter eagles has been written, and advised that he has made much progress in the past six months."
From my Secretary's notes of the minutes of the 2008 JRCS Annual meeting, in Baltimore:
"John McCloskey's pending book on Classic Head half eagles has been delayed by a computer crash involving the LSCC Collective Volumes, among other things. He has sample pages, but no publication date has been set."
That is the latest info that I have.
I am using Becoka and Nyosoto's Reg. sets as inspiration.
