Here are some of my favorite autographed pieces in my collection - all AFL or Chargers-related.
I wrote a book about the AFL Chargers, and have gotten one signed by many of the guys that I interviewed, including Al Davis:

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009.
