"The dogs who've shared our lives. In subtle ways they let us know their spirit still survives. Old habits still make us think we hear a barking at the door. Or step back when we drop a tasty morsel on the floor. Our feet still go around the place the food dish used to be, And, sometime, coming home at night, we miss them terribly. And although time may bring new friends and a new food dish to fill, That one place in our hearts belongs to them... and always will." --- Linda Barnes ---
Thanks guys. I know this isn't entirely appropriate for this forum. I apologize in advance to those who take offense. I fixed the picture as well. Bobby
I am deeply sorry for your loss.. I lost my dear puppy Peeka on 1/26/08 and miss her everyday.. I was 48 and felt like a 4 year old the way i cried and felt depressed.. her older brother Rambo walked round looking for her for days, and became like a walking zombie.. after several months we got a new friend for Rambo, Lamont and he has some of the same traits as Peeka, personality wise, so it does make it a tiny drop easier sometimes....dogs are mans best friend for a reason... again, sorry for your loss, ivan
Sorry about the loss. The thing that is wonderful about animals is that they help mark the times in our lives. You can think back to to a particular decade or two and have fond memories of the times and your pet.

Harder than many not-so-distant relatives.
Very sorry for your loss. Know that he knows you loved him and did everything you could to give him a damn good run.
