Here is a card I pulled from one of the packs I received from my Secret Santa. Will the bad factory cut on the bottom knocked down the grade? (I would think so)

I think it depends more on the particular issue. If that particular year is pretty common for "rough cuts" then I don't think it gets knocked down. Nice card either way.
