I need a little help from you Ancient coin folks...Ptolemy XII of Egypt /Ancient Greece...

I bought this coin ....PTOLEMY XII EGYPT or ANCIENT GREECE coin. I bought this piece because my interest has taken over as I normally collect U.S. coins. I find this piece just beautiful and the condition looks amazing, but I have nothing to compare it to.
So at this point I was hoping for a little in-put as to what the experts think. Any comments are very welcome. Thanks for looking...Joe
