New Bust quater book?

Is there any chance of a new bust quarter book coming out aside from Steve Tompkins book? Which is awesome by the way.

I'm not sure there's a whole lot more to say than what's in the Tompkins book is there?

Rory Rea, Brad Karoleff, and Glenn Peterson are supposed to be working on one. Photography-heavy, I believe. I look forward to it, whenever that may be

my estimate is that yes, it will happen. I won't guess as to when.
  • I heard originally Steve was in on it with them and then broke off to do his own thing. Steve did a great job with his. I am guessing because of how long this other book is taking them to do, Its going to be really good. More in depth? Close-ups? Maybe auction records.

I really don't see why another quarter book is needed. Steve Tompkin's book is outstanding, and I do not see it lacking anywhere.

Thank goodness nobody ever said this about large cents (or bust halves?). If someone did, thank goodness everyone didn't listen to him. I can't wait for the next book on early quarters, or for that matter, bust dimes, dollars, etc. I think the next early quarter book will be welcomed by most, if not all. It is still being worked on, it will be released, and it will be very nice. I've been lucky enough to see a draft.

The more literature produced, the more questions asked, the more knowledge increases.
Searching for bust quarters.....counterstamps, errors, and AU-MS varieties, please let me know if you can help.

Sure will be nice to have a bust quarter book with pictures you can see for a change......

I will definitely be ordering this book. It was a lot of fun, although still quite tough, to work on a small section of this book, and I can honestly speak for the quality and effort of those involved. Truly a great addition to Tompkins book.

I just put in a reservation for the deluxe book with Brad K. and he said it was a million dollars.

But I think he was joking image

I am not sure the price has been set yet, tho I do not expect it to be cheap.

Tri-Fold Flyers of the New Bust Quarter book will be handed out at The Long Beach coin show next week. If you go to Table 815 (FCCC & HCC) you can pick up a copy. Quickest way to locate is two tables away from PCGS. Bring your Bust Quarters...........
