list it on feebay and explain the error, i bet it sells for much more than a Yawkey, neat item... I guess some idiot might buy it to rip someone off though, so maybe not a good idea.

I'm confused--wouldn't Williams cost more to authenticate than Yawkey?

I bought it already slabbed, so I'm not sure if Yawkey would cost less or more than Williams. It's for my personal collection, so I'm not too worried about there being a problem whenever I go to list. I'm just more interested in how a screw up like that gets out of PSA/DNA's office.

They have been having some issues for awhile. In the end, you can get them fixed without too much trouble, but I agree they shouldn't happen in the first place. If you go to www.autographalert.com you can see some others in the back stories.

I just received a 3X5 back signed by Carl Mays, they listed it as Willie Mays.

Just send it back as an Mechanical Error. Their is not charge to get it fixed.

I know the process by which to have it corrected. I'm just amazed by the number of errors that gets by the staff at PSA (and now PSA/DNA).
