The Super Bowl-winning coach accepted a job to become the team's president Monday, joining a franchise needing a major makeover after a decade of losing.

Well, they don't need a kick returner.

  • Now the Seahawks will become the Cleveland Browns of the west coast. Years of mediocrity to come.

Holmgren will help, no doubt. what the franchise really needs to do is to make a committment to a Head Coach/system for more than 2-3 years. it's gotten stupid and this year is the worst as Mangini has been on the hot-seat from the start. the mentality which dictates a Super Bowl or you're gone must be overcome or the team will never be successful. as much as it pains me to say as much-----and it hurts-----the Cleveland Browns could learn from the Pittsburgh Steelers what it means to have continuity and the success it brings. the Rooney family is a great example of ownership that lets the team win by letting the management manage.

At this point, I think the city of Cleveland would throw a ticker-tape parade if the team finished .500, LOL!!
