Crack & Resub opinions?? 1957 Topps B-Ball

Hello all....I have this card....just wanted opinions on if this card will cross to a PSA 9, or at bare minimum at PSA 8?? This came from the Tyler Texas find.....SGC is just not getting much love on this series compared to its' PSA counterparts......

Probably an 8 due to the t/b centering. Seems a little thin on top for a 9.

Hi Bobby,

Just by comparing the PSA 8 sample below to your card .... I'd say that yours should easily receive an 8.5 or 9!

Thanks for all the advice!! Just rejected a lowball offer for the card....if it is an easy cross, I may just crack it out! Even if it pulls an '8', I will get more than the offer I just got for it, by several hundred dollars.....

Bobby ... unless there is something we cannot see on the front or something is wrong with the back, I have to think you have an "8" there. According to my measurements it just misses 60/40...I have it at about 62/38 ... but if a PSA "8" will make you $$$$, I think I'd take a shot. (Depending on what you paid, maybe a review with a min grade of "8" would be the thing to do first?) GOOD LUCK ... it's a beauty!

Edited to add: What's the VCP in a 7? in an 8?

VCP in a 7 is around $90 and an 8 is $700........huge jump..........
