29 total feedback, 33 negs and 68% feedback rating. And the seller is still a registered user!

  • I see 61 total FB's for the last year. Other than that, I agree....very bad seller.

Give eBay time to work. All those negs came rolling in starting the 16th wil the lion's share happening today.
He'll be kicked up soon enough and eBay will probably make good on all those Paypal payments for item(s) not received.

Typical build feedback for a while then disappear with the money scam.

You'd think with that low a feedback score paypal would hold back the funds until postive feedback on the item or proof of delivery. Hopefully they did.

  • detailed seller ratings are the lowest I have seen

how long is reasonable time for delivery from Calgary?

I remember getting a prestige proof set from Quebec in MN - after 3 weeks around Christmas,
I got my PAYPAL money back - item showed up in MAY with postmark when the seller said they mailed it

Paid the seller again, and he was happy

package looked normal - no damage or customs opening or anything
    just weird

it's not the raw number... it's the percentage that counts.

hopefully, this is where paypal comes to the rescue.

  • I agree it looks bad but the seller says shipping is "International - Ground" and many of the auctions just ended 1 week ago!?

How can all these people Neg at once? It's really odd but certainly looks like the Seller ran with the money.

The timing is curious though. One week for an International Ground shipment at Christmas time doesn't seem like very long for 30 straight Negs?

2 positives should have been negs too.

    Steve
    Good for you.
  • I don't think ebay can come up with a perfect rating system, but this is ridiculas. I bet this seller is suspended shortly.

good point... shipping from Canada to USA can be slow...

however selling 1/10oz Gold Eagles below melt is a huge red flag.

  • amazing, the best negatives i've ever seen, haha! "GOD WILL PUNISH YOU" has to be my favorite from the list. Also, I purchased a 1912-d cent from a fellow in Canada. After two months, he refunded my money. 6 months later, it arrived! Talk about a slow delay from Canada to MN. Wowz0rz!
  • That is one impressive list of red......image

You are right of course and given this persons record but times are very tough right now. I was in my own small world in a relatively unscathed area economically but now that I am traveling for a few weeks I see the "heck" some are going through right now and would sell anything they have for a few dollars to just feed the family. I seriously doubt this dude is one of them though.

I liked "refund or I will hunt your ass down"
  • I don't know anyone who would buy at a low of $130 for the 1 1/10 2009 eagle and then sell them for $92. If it's too good to be true it usually isn't. The seller who is a crook but come on buyers use a little common sense.
