Are older blocks of unused stamps worth anything?

My mom has books of unused stamps in books that were issed by the post office. Like a book of 20 stamps similar to what you could buy today...but Varying denominations....5 cents and up. Most are at least 20 years old. Do these have value beyond face value?
also she had these older one and two cent books.



and some higher value (for a regular stamp that is)



also if they had any value how would one sell them? ebay?

I am a novice and any info would be appreciated.

I know vintage baseball cards so am aware of condition factors, scarcity.......

also she has a few 4 stamp blocks of new york migratory bird stamps from 1985 and 1986 value?

Yes they have value let me look them up...

From 2008 Catalog:

BK90- $8.25
BK81- $15.00
BK117-$7.00
BK80- $10.00
$10.75 booklets- $60.00 each
$9.35 booklets-$70.00 each

Those are retail prices, so expect less from a stamp dealer.

The eagle booklets are popular.

I thought the older blocks might be something even if just what you stated.
I kinda thought the diana stuff was just souvenier type....but they seem to go for $1-2 apiece on ebay or around that.

Yeah I don't think the Diana stuff will go for much unless you get a couple of collector nuts bidding against each other, stranger things have happened.

Older stamps has more value because of their rarity.. Try to get more info from experts..
