1959 GB Packers Letterhead, Ast. Coach Jack Morton to Weeb Ewbank

The following letter came from Weeb Ewbank's "Application File" as it was noted on the tab. File was full of scouts, letters to and from, phone numbers (the old 5 number kind) and the like. Thought some of you might find the letterhead interesting.
Weeb Ewbank is a Hall of Fame football coach who coached Johnny Unitas and Joe Namath, winning two championships with Unitas, and one with Namath's guarantee. (Not that every side doesn't guarantee victory every big game).
Jack Morton attended Purdue University and was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the 9th round (84th overall) of the 1944 NFL Draft. He played for the 1945 Chicago Bears, the 1946 Los Angeles Dons and the 1947 Buffalo Bills.
Weeb did not hire Norton, instead hiring an assistant coach from Kent State University, Don McCafferty. When Weeb Ewbank was fired after the conclusion of the 1962 NFL season, McCafferty remained with the team as offensive coordinator under new coach Don Shula. When Shula left to accept the head coaching position with the Miami Dolphins, McCafferty was chosen to replace him
Sorry if the second part is hard to read or unreadable. It is the file copy Weeb kept and is very light in nature. If any of your old timers can remind me of what these old file copy papers where called, please let me know.
