Graded help!!!

Anyone that can help,

On a PSA 9 (OC) card, does that mean that if it wasn't off center it would grade higher, or would it just be a PSA 9 without the OC on it? Thanks, Mike

    I would imagine that it could mean that the card would get a PSA 10 but for the centering (in some, but not all, instances).

    If a card has PSA 10 edges, corners, focus, colors, print, etc., and just happens to be 75/25 top to bottom, the highest grade it could get would be PSA 9 o/c.
    I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
