When a dealer submits coins to PCGS/ATS for you, do they charge you for it?

I've had WTCG submit coins for me.

He did not charge me a fee.

Unless the dealer is a friend, you should probably expect at least a small fee.

Although I don't charge my customers anything more than it costs me to submit coins for them, authorized dealers get a slight discount on submissions from the price shown on the submission form. So perhaps some dealers charge their customers the regular PCGS fee but only have to pay PCGS the dealer fee (which isn't much).
