Ebay has blocked "Toolhaus.org?"

I tried to look up an ebay seller tonight on Toolhaus and I got this message. According to their statement it must happen on occasion although I have never noticed it before. Hopefully it is only temporary:
Error: eBay has blocked access to feedback. Toolhaus is unable to obtain information which is available only to registered eBay users. We're not happy about this.

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

That message is VERY frequently displayed, and the problem usually resolves itself within
a few minutes.
