What's the deal with these?

"One vintage 50's/60's pack per box!"

Are they resealed or what?

On their website, some of the vintage "packs" they offer are the Xmas packs, which have been extensively discussed-

also, per the website, it is per 10 boxes, not per box:

20 MODERN ERA PACKS AND 1 VINTAGE 1950'S OR

1960'S PACK IN EVERY 10 BOXES PRODUCED.

Looks like they use redemption cards in their boxes rather than the actual packs. Rip offs...
  • Seems like there are 2 different boxes, 1 retails for $129 and the other $79. the $129 box has 1 1950 or 1960 pack per/box, the $79 box has a chance at 1 1950 or 1960 pack every 10 boxes. Does anyone else read it this way? The redemptions seem to be mostly 1978 packs, do those replace a 1950 or 1960 pack? Interesting idea, but seems a bit confusing.

Even if the $79 boxes only have a 70s pack (77 thru 79 looks like) you're still paying $79 for a $20 pack plus a lot of junk.

  • Think its a good idea it would be interesting to see if anyone here could put boxes together with the better packs from the 80's up. say 84 Donruss, 80 Topps, 83 Topps, etc. Probably would be expensive to include a 1950 or 1960 pack in each box. Good idea that probably needed more work.
