I know the pics are poor, but it is all I have. Can anyone ID these? Are any of them silver?

Looks like:
Mexico 50 centavos 1971, cupronickel
Tonga 1 pa'anga 1967, cupronickel
USSR 1 ruble 1970, nickel-brass
No, none of them contain any silver.
