Gigantic pair of sales on Ripken 1980 Charlotte cards

Was checking around for some sales and realized that 2 1980 WBTV cards of Cal sold for a combined $6,260 last night. In addition to a PSA 8 that sold for $2,760 after commission, a signed BGS 8 (Ebay 220523160030) sold for $3,500. I'm not sure if it is the same copy but a signed BGS 8 with an 8 on the sig sold for a little over $2,500 this past January.

Huggins and Scott have always had strong sales on the WBTV cards. I would definitely sell through them if I had one to move.
