2010 PSA Service Fee and Submission Update

Dear PSA Customer,

As a valued PSA customer, we would like to thank you for your continued support as PSA enters its 19th year as the leading authentication and grading service in the industry. In 2010, we look forward to unveiling new products and services. It should be another exciting year!

Every December, we announce PSA’s new pricing for the coming year. This year, taking the tough economy into consideration, we have decided not to raise prices on any of the existing trading card or autograph services on the submission form.

The only noteworthy changes on the PSA submission form have taken place in the ticket authentication and grading service section, which will now have its own separate submission form. Also, a new pricing tier has been created. After reworking our process, we are able to deliver better turnaround times than have been provided in the past.

In fact, for the first time, we will be able to offer a Super Express 5-day service for your high-value or special tickets. ALL ticket services will provide dramatically improved turnaround times with every tier estimated at 20 business days or less.

In addition, we have lowered the majority of the PSA/DNA autograph grading fees. The grading of autographs has become extremely popular over the past year and, as a showing of appreciation to our customers, we decided to adjust three of the four pricing tiers. We feel the new autograph grading fee structure should encourage even more hobbyists to try the service and, perhaps, register their autograph collections on the PSA/DNA Registry.

Furthermore PSA/DNA will be making the Super Express service even more attractive for those looking for expedited turnaround time on their prized autographs. For an additional $50, you can now submit up to five additional items instead of just one for the special 5-day premium service. For an additional $100, you can submit 6-10 items for 5-day turnaround. If you would like more than 10 items processed within 5 days, please contact a PSA/DNA representative for pricing.

Finally, please note that all changes, including the new shipping and handling fees, are effective January 1, 2010. You can find the updated fee chart online under Submission Center and on our new submission forms. Please refer to these new rates when sending in your submissions to avoid any delays in processing.

If you have any questions about the new submission pricing, please contact Customer Service toll-free at (800) 325-1121 or visit us online at the websites listed below.

Sincerely,

Joe Orlando, President
