21 days left in 2009 - Buying to meet my 2009 Goal(s)

While I've collected cards and sports memorabilia for the past 22 years, I ventured out into the wide world of PSA graded cards and the PSA Set Registry this year... immediately setting a goal of completing 5 sets on the registry! Small goal, but still not obtained! I started 2009 with only 1 PSA graded card in my collection... I'll close out the year with nearly 500 in my collection! The year started out with a lone 1991 Upper Deck Michael Jordan PSA 9, sitting in the bottom of a drawer in my home office. Now I've got a decent collection started... ranging from a small collection of T206 cards, to a little more than a handful start on the 1956 Topps set, numerous hall of famers from the 50's-70's, completed and/or starts on numerous modern stars from all for sports, and up to GEM MT 10 cards from the latest 2009 football releases!

Thanks to the BING 15% cashback late last week, I completed my 4th set (Ryne Sandberg Rookie Set) with the purchase of a PSA 10 Ryne Sandberg 1983 Topps!!!
