After 21 years I'm reunited with my high school sweetheart

To make a LONG story short, after 21 years or never talking or seeing each other, my high school sweetheart and I just reconnected and things are going well. She is coming up to see me (we live in different states atm) and there is talk about us moving closer together. If things go well at this meeting I can see one of us moving in the upcoming months, we already have talked about it. To honor this happy moment in my life (best I've felt in YEARS), post a coin that you sold then got reunited with or just post a coin you absolutely love.

Congrats Moonbiter, hope it works out!

And thanks for not talking about a coin as your high school sweetheart...
I thought for sure this would be a coin you lost or missed out on 21 years ago that you just now were able to purchase image

  • LOL, wish I was into coins back then though, my collection would be more completed but I had no interest in coins then.

    Thanks.

Never reconnected with an ex-coin, but HAVE reconnected with an ex-g/f. Here's hoping YOUR reconnection goes better than mine! Good luck and more power to the both of you!
    I'll come up with something.

    a) dont live in the past. you can't recapture your old illusions. this wont end well.

    b) are you the same schmoe who moved to austrailia for some girl and wound up getting abducted into some commune and forced into manual labor?

    c) or are you the dealer who left for some southamerican country that has a really really low age of consent?

I can't keep my OT threads straight image

    hehehe, none of the above.

Her and I never really had an ending. Circumstances tore us apart from each other and we both thought we hated each other which was never the case. Strange how things work.

Here's a coin I love. My grandmother found it in circulation back in the late 50's early 60's. I've posted it before, but I'll post it again.

well if nothing else we can really stretch this lame topic out to somehow make it coin related by stating that she will certainly cost you some coin.

I had a few flames in my life, but other guys always seemed to come along and douse them for me

I'm looking for a blank planchet, can I get back to you ?
  • Let's not stretch it out.......please!

Oh, and while we're on the subject, posting a coin does not make an OT thread suddenly become board worthy.

With that said, I wish you all a great day!
