Does 5 day turnaround not really mean 5 day turnaround?

I'm new to this and was wondering...
My single sub was delivered to PSA on the 1st and now 8 days later it still hasn't shown up under my accounts.
They haven't even charged my credit card yet.
Is this the norm and am I just an impatient newbie, lol?
It was submitted under the 35 dollar express.

Thanks for any insight

Bob

Yeah, the clock starts ticking when they have logged your order into the system. So it'll be 5 "business" days after that date. Waiting 8 days to have your order logged in is about standard, I think . . . but it's bordering on being longer than normal, in my opinion.

they usually log mine within 1-3 days of receipt.. however since the chicago show a couple weeks ago it has been much slower...
I bet you get poppage in 1-2 days once logged though

    Hi Bob,

Like Oakesy, mine recently have only taken 1-3 days to be logged in once they were received.

Just wondering if you remembered to write "EXPRESS" on the outside of the box???

Newbie or oldie, I think we all are automatically impatient when it comes to getting our poppage image

Good luck .... I hope your grades are what you're hoping for!

  • If the log in times are going up, it should be indicative of the need to hire additional graders/processors due to volume. Turn around times have been getting worse and worse over the past year which tells me PSA is trying to maintain margins at the expense of customer satisfaction, which is never a good thing in the long run.
