Registry problems?

Has anyone else experienced problems with their registry sets since the upgraded web site?
I can't see one of my Kennedy Proof set but I can see most of the coins in the set. I added an 1844 Large Cent today and I can't add it to my 1844 mint set. I'll send an email to BJ but I just was curious if anyone else is having problems.
