question - do Crossover Min Grades come with an explanation?

Just curious...I may have to decide if I have the brass ones to crack this card and try raw.
Looking for rare Randy Moss rookies and autos, as well as '97 PMG Red Football cards for my set.

    no explanation on crossovers

    I've had explanations in the past in the form of a sticky note on the holder, but it's been awhile. The last few I've attempted all failed with no explanation. Perhaps it depends on the grader.

    Well - decided to email info@psacard.com requesting one before it gets sent out. My assumption is it didn't cross because it was an SGC 98 I put a min requirement of 10 on as it looked as good as other 10's I received from the same set. Also a pop 0 card in PSA.
