I use a program called Picture Window Pro, it's a lot cheaper, and completely different from all the usual graphics programs. I can crop circles around a coin very quickly, resize to 300x300, then I have a 300x600 double frame set up that you just drop the images in. Besides my own site I use Photobucket to store images for posting here and the shooting sites I visit.

If you are using Photobucket just hover the cursor over the image and a drop down box shows up below it, move to the bottom of that box, left click to select, right click, then left click on "copy". You then put your cursor in the message frame her, right click, then left click on "paste" and the link will be there.
