I know they certify rolls of coins, but I thought the paper was removed. How can PCGS know that all of the coins in the roll are UNC and dated 2009?????

If i was to send in a $1000 dollars face of say any presidential dollar. Could I submit with a min. grade of say 66 with the remainder to slabbed as a roll?
