I got to thinking after viewing that lovely Marianne medal that YellowKid posted earlier...wouldn't a set of national personifications be an awesome set? I haven't really looked through my Krause yet, but I've at least got my Britannia down. lol
Anyone want to post some national personifications?
And this is kinda off topic...but say what you will about the Soviets, this statue is totally awesome. I came across it searching for nat'l personifications.

Between the deep shadow and the high relief of the medal, the physiognomy does appear flattened.
Also, the oversized stellate crown minimalizes the head, in general.
