Which one of these lincolns has a "finer known"

I was generating a "finest known" list for the lincolns. I have a list and it gives me a 69.01 in the Registry set. The "finest possible" is 69.02, which means I am missing a point somewhere. I narrowed it down to one of the following. Which of these (or is there more) have a finer known example?

Looking at the dates and mintmarks you listed according to the Pop Report those are the finest known pieces. It has to be somewhere else.
